Personal trainers are welcome
Our spacious, well equipped gym is the perfect space for personal trainers to train their clients. You will have a variety of equipment, such as weights, cardio machines, and resistance bands, area for yoga and stretching. This is an ideal place for consultations and one-on-one sessions or group training .

Exercise and nutrition always go hand-in-hand. The food we eat plays a crucial role in our health. Our body needs to replenish nutrients and vitamins specially while working out. You will find a wide range of juices and shakes that will help you boost and replenish energy in your body.
